Casares Costa is a string of developments between the motorway and the sea: apartments with pools, townhouses, gated complexes and plenty of homes that are only occupied a few months a year.
That shapes the kind of move we do here. Fewer main-residence moves and lots of seasonal cycles: move-ins in spring, move-outs in autumn, tenant changeovers and furniture that needs storing in between.
