Removals in Guadiaro and San Enrique

Space isn't the problem here: organisation is

Guadiaro and San Enrique are a different story from the coast. Detached houses, townhouses with patios and country homes dominate, with storerooms, garages and spare rooms that have been filling up for decades.

Access is rarely the issue: you can park, there's room to manoeuvre and no seven flights of stairs. What there is, though, is far more volume than people expect, and that's where quotes guessed over the phone go wrong.

So for this kind of home we prefer to see it, or have you send us a quick video of each room. That lets us give you a realistic price and plan the number of people and trips needed.

We're in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, a stone's throw from both villages, so travel barely registers on the bill.

Every house, its own move

The kinds of homes you find here

Guadiaro village centre

Terraced houses and low-rise flats, with narrow streets in the old part where it pays to choose carefully where the lorry stops.

San Enrique

A quiet village of low-rise houses and plots, with easy access. Moves are usually medium to high volume with few logistical obstacles.

Country houses and rural properties

Estates and homes with their own access track. We check the surface and width beforehand to bring the right vehicle and not get stuck halfway.

Industrial units and warehouses

Moving materials, tools and stock between local units, including light machinery and work furniture.

What we do
High-volume moves

What we're most asked to do here

Full detached-house move

Several floors, patio, garage and storeroom. Planned by area, and over several days if needed, instead of trying to cram it all into one morning.

Emptying a family home

Inherited homes or homes going on the market. We separate what is being kept, what is being shared among the family and what goes into storage.

Dismantling furniture

Built-in wardrobes, large beds, bespoke shelving and kitchen units that won't go through the door in one piece.

Moving out for a renovation

Emptying the house for the duration of the work and putting everything back in place when it ends, without living among boxes for months.

Tools and workshop

Garages and rooms full of machinery, tools and building materials: heavy, awkward and full of corners. Moved with the right equipment.

Storing the surplus

Hardly any new home has as much space as the old one. Whatever doesn't fit stays in a storage unit of just the right size until you decide what to do.

When the new house is smaller

It's a conversation we have in almost every detached-house move: there's good furniture that won't fit in the new place, but nobody wants to throw it out or give it away in a hurry.

The sensible way out is to store it and decide calmly. We have storage units of up to 25 m², big enough for the furniture of an entire home, and also 19 m² warehouses designed for large volumes.

All with insurance included in the contract, 24-hour CCTV linked to a monitored alarm centre and individual code access 365 days a year. And since there's no minimum term, you keep it for as long as you need and not a month longer.

Frequently asked questions

Moving a large house

By actual volume, not by the size of the home. One of two identical houses can hold twice as much as the other, depending on what's inside. That's why we ask to see the house, or a room-by-room video, before giving a price. On this page we explain everything that affects it.

Yes, and for large homes it's usually the most sensible option. We start with what isn't used daily (storeroom, garage, spare rooms) and leave the essentials until last, so you can keep living in the house until the final day.

Ask us when you request a quote, telling us which pieces they are. It's important to mention it from the start because it changes the working time and the materials needed, and it's the kind of item nobody wants to discover on moving day.

By sorting things into three piles: what goes to the new home, what is kept to decide on later, and what is disposed of. We handle moving the first two; a storage unit is exactly the right tool for the second, because it avoids making decisions in a rush.

Generally yes, but we need to know beforehand. It depends on the width, the condition of the surface and whether there's room to manoeuvre. With a photo of the access and the approximate location, we'll confirm whether we can get there with the vehicle or need to approach it differently.
